Founded by Rafael Baddini, a Business Administrator with a specialization in Finance, a postgraduate degree in Strategic Marketing, and advanced studies in Digital Strategy, BM&S carries the expertise of over 18 years of solid experience in political, corporate, and institutional marketing. Throughout his career, Rafael has led projects within agencies, companies, and as an independent consultant, accumulating successful cases across multiple industries — from the corporate market to the public sector.

With a strong background in political marketing, has contributed to numerous successful electoral campaigns at the state and municipal levels, helping elect and re-elect several public figures by applying precise strategies in communication, digital marketing, crisis management, and image positioning.

He also has extensive experience in organizing and coordinating recreational and sports events, having been a key supplier for SESC São Paulo units from 2014 to 2023.
